Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change due to site conditions, material costs, or project modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Any other adjustments during the project will be applied to final payment.
Scheduling and Project Timeline
Project timelines may vary depending on weather, material availability, and site conditions. We make every effort to complete projects in a timely manner but cannot guarantee exact completion dates.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays or cancellation of services.
Warranty
We offer a limited craftsmanship warranty on our installations. Warranty coverage and duration will be specified at the time of your project. Normal wear and tear, ground movement, weather conditions, and lack of maintenance are not covered.
